Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Manager – Products & Marketing to own the strategy and execution of our funding products and customer marketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in building and launching new offerings, developing high-converting marketing campaigns, and driving customer growth and engagement. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, brand, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead go-to-market strategy for new and existing funding products
• Craft clear, compelling messaging tailored to our small business audience
• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid, social, SMS, etc.)
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to improve user experience
• Own product positioning, feature launches, and customer education
• Monitor performance and iterate based on data and customer feedback
• Stay on top of fintech trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or fintech product management
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, especially for underserved or non-technical audiences
• Experience working on financial or lending products is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment
• Data-driven, creative, and customer-obsessed
• Bonus points for experience with CRM tools, no-code marketing stacks, or affiliate/partner programs
