Role Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager – Products & Marketing, Retail Business to own the go-to-market success of our SMB funding products. This role will bridge product innovation and marketing execution, helping us refine our offerings, grow adoption, and scale revenue. You’ll work across teams to shape new funding products and lead campaigns that reach and resonate with small business owners—especially those overlooked by traditional finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy for Urus’s retail funding offerings, from concept to launch
• Drive go-to-market planning, positioning, and messaging for new and existing products
• Partner with engineering and operations to deliver customer-centric experiences
• Own marketing initiatives across email, social, landing pages, and partner promotions
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to optimize user experience and growth
• Research competitive landscape and customer trends to guide product and campaign decisions
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure product-market fit and messaging alignment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or fintech marketing
• Proven ability to build and market B2C or B2B retail financial products
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for non-sophisticated customer segments
• Experience in a startup, fintech, or alternative lending environment is a major plus
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally
• Passion for small businesses and a deep empathy for their challenges
